All kinds. My favorite is the cauliflower tacos!
I think I found my new favorite Santa Fe restaurant. Great fresh take on Mexican dishes. I had the cauliflower mole, which was incredible. Salsa (4 kinds!) and house made chips were a perfect way to start the meal. They have a very nice outdoor patio and bar area as well. Dog friendly in the patio area too 😁
Amazing Mexican food. A great option in SF for non-chili centric food. Plus a great mezcal selection.
Such a cool place! Went for dinner and drinks and had a great time. Jamal, the bartender, was really friendly and fun to chat with. Oh and he made some killer margaritas! Tell him what you're looking for and BAM! he'll exceed your expectations!
As soon as my family and I got there we were seated amazing appetizers and great service. The waiters are very nice. I enjoyed eating here and I would love to come again. My brother had an amazing quesadilla, and I had a really good beans and rice plate. I highly recommend coming here if your visiting Santa Fe. I would also like to say that my uncle is the chef and the food is amazing!
Fantastic on many levels! Loved the ceviche, caesar salad, and carne asada taco! For dessert, order the prickly pear flan. One of the best I have had. Margaritas are spot on, too. Service was excellent and love the vibe of the place. A shop owner recommended we stop by Paloma, and glad we did!
10/10! Best meal I had while visiting Santa Fe! The Brussels sprouts and the cauliflower taco were AMAZING. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Santa Fe!
Fantastic service and food. Intimate and warm ambience. Lively bar. We will definitely return!
Arrived and told a 10 minute wait. 1.5 hours later were still waiting. Ignored by staff. Constantly asking when we would be seated. Anytime, we were told. Finally just left.
Food is very delicious, atmosphere gives off a Santa Fe vibe. It is a little pricey.
Best dining experience we had in New Mexico! Mezcal margarita was amazing as was the chicken mole. We all agreed they also have the best tortilla chips.
Great food and drinks. It's like an upscale Mexican restaurant with interesting, yet good portion sized dishes. The staff was great. Always checking on us and bring the food, drinks, etc at the right time. Deserts were great, but there wasn't a lot of options. The options they do have are the bomb. The only drawback was the wait time. Went when we thought it would be slow...oh no...it was about a 30 minute wait and we weren't the only ones who had to wait. Guess we all knew it was worth waiting for.
Great food, great drinks, nicely varied menu. Atmosphere is very nice, bar area is great for hanging out with friends over food and cocktails.
Hip & Trendy with Tasty Fare
The decor/ambiance is very fun and colorful. Drinks are lovely. We ordered the cheese appetizer which was great and one of each taco. We'd definitely come back.
Excellent place for delicious food, tasty drinks and wonderful atmosphere. Landed here after a long day on the road - and what a great way to wrap up the day! Nicholas (sp) was our outstanding, attentive waiter. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!
Love this place. Thanks for taking COVID seriously. Happy to support this local business.
Great place to enjoy delicious food, delicious drinks and a beautiful ambience. Landed here on the road after a long day-and what an excellent way to wrap up the day! We had the most outstanding, attentive waiter. Highly Recommended!
Excellent experience!Attentive friendly service. Limited menu but the selections offered were all delicious. Blood orange Margaritas with Black Lava salt - hit the spot! We all highly recommend the chips and salsa to start, add the guacamole and queso dips to complete the dish. We shared this as a party of 4. Homemade chips are a big plus.We took the recommendation of the server to try the Sea Bass. My wife enjoyed her entree Vera Cruz style and I opted for the Sea Bass tacos. Both dishes were prepared well and put smiles on our faces. We will return as it was an excellent meal for all!!
Fantastic food and very gluten free friendly. The barbacoa was delish! Very knowledgeable about their food and ingredients. Hubby loved the fish taco (not gf) too.
Absolutely incredible. I've eaten there many times. The menu is always seasonable and well prepared. Last night I had a grilled cauliflower in pablano sauce. Excellent!
Fantastic hospitality and innovative New Mexican cuisine. Highly recommended!
Food came out cold. Brisket taco totally fell apart from being too soggy. Bass taco tasted old. Tortilla soup’s only flavor was spicy. Nice atmosphere and drinks.
Great drinks, great food, great service!
Very unique dishes in a delicious setting
Pleasant surprise in a town of touristy restaurants. Attentive staff, great cocktails and the Lamb Barbacoa was excellent. Would highly recommend.
Best meal we had in Santa Fr, the drinks and mole chicken were phenomenal!
My husband and I tried to eat dinner at this place last night. They do no take reservations. I called around 3 pm to see what time we should arrive and put our name on list to have dinner at 7. She said 615-630 but to call ahead and they would put my name on the list. I called at 620 and arrived just before 630 confirming my place for 2 on the list. We were told to expect a 30 minute wait maximum but it was expected to be shorter. At 705 we were still waiting having witnessed at least 5 other two-somes seated before us even though they came in later. I went up to inquire why we were not getting seated and the hostess had no explanation, merely saying she was doing the best she could. ????WTF My husband handed her our drinks say "thanks for nothing" and we left without paying our bar tab. ....WE WON'T BE GOING BACK.
Delicious food, very good service.
Fantastic service. The Paloma is the best you’ll ever have. Love the cauliflower tacos!! One small critique: they used to have amazing papas fritas— perfectly crispy outside and fluffy inside. They’ve changed the recipe now and instead they are essentially miniature potato chips. Still not bad, but not the amazingness they were before. Please consider bringing back the previous style of papas!!
One of my favorite finds while in Santa Fe. Amazing home made tortilla chips and salsas, recommend trying the lamb barbacoa and passion fruit margarita (thought it was better than the blood orange). Also, throw on the esquites as a side to enhance things.
Food is cooked and done well, atmosphere is very cute.
Fantastic cocktails. Beautiful ambiance. Amazing service. Fresh, seasonal, delicious food. If you don’t eat at Paloma while visiting Santa Fe, you are messing up!
I give Paloma four stars because the food is great but it is expensive. It's a great place to go maybe one in a blue moon. Take a date, or impress a relative.
Amazing food. Gorgeous venue. Good atmosphere. 20 minute queue but worth the wait
Best spot in town, chef nate is a master of his craft.
Paloma is easily one of the best restaurants in Santa Fe!
A rather unique take on New Mexican food. A little different, and that's not a bad thing! 2 in our party just raved about the passion fruit margaritas. I had the lamb, and it was heavenly! Gonna have to make it a regular stop now.
Delicious small plates: the best ceviche stateside, creamy bone marrow with delicate greens, and melt-in-mouth short-rib tacos. Will have to come back for a large plate since "small" was plenty filling for two. Excellent cocktails too.
Happy hour review. Paloma has a great happy hour. The bar is pretty small - maybe 8 seats. Open dining room. The 1/2 price paloma and apps were delicious. I recommend the ceviche, but I'd pass on the dish taco. Service could have been a little warmer, but I had a good experience overall and will be back.
